NO REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT CLAIMS

In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the package and product
• A complete uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Veda Glow reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the legitimacy of any claim.

If a claim is approved, only a replacement may be provided at our discretion. No monetary refund shall be issued.

DELIVERY REFUSAL

Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch shall not qualify the customer for any refund, cancellation, or reversal of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-recoverable.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes after a successful transaction.
